Our goal is to help youth gain professional experience and develop their skill assets, such as communication and problem solving, through leadership and mentorship. This will help them foster and gain confidence in their Muslim identities. MY Voice creates a strong sense of community for young Muslims and builds connections with a diverse range of other groups to promote unity and build solidarity. We work to establish a solid foundation for the next generation of leaders so that they may effectively combat social issues. MY Voice is an award-winning magazine and skill-building platform that is for and by Muslim youth. We publish a quarterly print magazine and run projects that engage youth with their identities through media, the arts and leadership. We create an engaging, open and accepting space for youth to navigate their faith-based identities as Muslims through the arts, media and leadership.
