Thank you so much for your interest in joining the Eid Celebratory tree planting session on May 14, 2022.
Since EnviroMuslims started our community work, we’ve helped plant over 700 trees throughout the City of Mississauga as part of the City’s One Million Trees initiative. This year we are at Ward 5, which has a low tree canopy cover and is a priority area for the City to increase the number of trees at Albert McBride Park.
Space is limited to 40 participants due to available planting space. We aim to have 3+ trees/shrubs for each participant. Lunch will be hosted by MY Voice after the planting.
